Coefficient is seeking a Growth Account Executive to drive customer success. This role is based in Austin and requires a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week in the office.Coefficient is a VC-backed SaaS startup focused on enabling business teams to access and utilize company data directly within spreadsheets. The company's no-code solution bridges the gap between IT and business users, fostering efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities: - Full sales cycle ownership from lead to customer
- Prospect into a target account list to generate net new sales opportunities
- Help educate Coefficient users throughout their customer lifecycle
- Use product metrics to identify how to make customers successful
- Deliver feedback from customers on how to drive the product roadmap
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful early adoption of our product
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, technology ecosystem and use cases
Qualifications: - You have 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets and a strong desire to get your hands dirty on customer calls
- You are a world-class communicator across all mediums
- You have excellent organization skills and can effectively prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
- You are analytically minded and love solving ambiguous problems
- You're self-motivated, hungry to learn and work both fast and smart
- You're passionate about using every touchpoint with a user to turn them into champions
- You love high-velocity sales cycles and have no problem keeping yourself organized while working on many opportunities at the same time
