Job Description
Coefficient is seeking a Growth Account Executive to drive customer success. This role is based in Austin and requires a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week in the office.Coefficient is a VC-backed SaaS startup focused on enabling business teams to access and utilize company data directly within spreadsheets. The company's no-code solution bridges the gap between IT and business users, fostering efficiency and growth.Responsibilities:
  • Full sales cycle ownership from lead to customer
  • Prospect into a target account list to generate net new sales opportunities
  • Help educate Coefficient users throughout their customer lifecycle
  • Use product metrics to identify how to make customers successful
  • Deliver feedback from customers on how to drive the product roadmap
  • Work closely with customers to ensure successful early adoption of our product
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, technology ecosystem and use cases
Qualifications:
  • You have 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Highly proficient with spreadsheets and a strong desire to get your hands dirty on customer calls
  • You are a world-class communicator across all mediums
  • You have excellent organization skills and can effectively prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are analytically minded and love solving ambiguous problems
  • You're self-motivated, hungry to learn and work both fast and smart
  • You're passionate about using every touchpoint with a user to turn them into champions
  • You love high-velocity sales cycles and have no problem keeping yourself organized while working on many opportunities at the same time
