Discord is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cost and efficiency initiatives. The Senior TPM will collaborate with infrastructure, data, and machine learning teams to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and program management to drive efficiencies in how Discord leverages resources. The TPM will also partner with leaders across engineering and product to help them understand the financial impact of their decisions, ensuring sustainable growth for the platform.
