NewGlobe is seeking a Manager for Leadership & Development to oversee the holistic development of school staff. This role involves designing and coordinating induction training and ongoing professional development, using performance and behavioral data to deliver targeted training.
- Designing program-specific training content.
- Leading school leader and teacher induction training.
- Using data to identify areas for professional development.
- Collaborating with L&D Shared Services to ensure effective content.
- Developing and coaching Supervisors and School Management teams.
- Managing projects to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Working with various teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
- Experience designing training materials for adult learners.
- Two or more years of teaching experience is desirable.
- Exceptional organization, project and people management skills.
- A data-driven, evidence-based mindset.
- Willingness to travel across territories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
