Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization, is seeking a motivated intern in the field of architecture to join their team in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various planning and construction processes within Simtra's construction projects.Responsibilities:

• Participating in all service phases of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
• Actively contributing to planning and construction tasks within projects and bringing in creative ideas.
• Supervising, coordinating, and documenting local construction projects, including site visits.
• Preparing for and participating in construction meetings.
• Assisting with administrative tasks in the planning process, such as creating cost estimates and schedules.

Requirements:

• Enrolled student in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field of study.
• First construction site experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally with MS Project and CAD.
• Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Strong team and communication skills.
