AirTrunk is seeking an Associate Treasury Manager to join their team in Tokyo. This role will report to the Associate Director, Japan and collaborate with the Tokyo team and global Finance team.AirTrunk is a technology company focused on scaling and sustaining the growth of the Asia Pacific & Japan’s digital future. The company develops hyperscale data centers.Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of new project financing loans.
- Manage post-closing deal activities.
- Interface with banks and debt investors.
- Support all aspects of a new financing process, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
- Manage existing loan facilities and coordinate amendments.
- Work with the Associate Director to manage bank and investor relationships.
- Provide operational support in cash management, risk management, and covenants management.
- 5 years of corporate treasury or corporate banking experience.
- Fundamental understanding of loan practice (lender or borrower side).
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Knowledge of structured finance and loan syndication market is highly valued.
- Knowledge of property finance is a plus.
- Exposure to international business environment.
- Interest in the data center business.
