- Defining and executing the data analytics roadmap.
- Using data analytics to evaluate business performance and create user profiles.
- Designing and implementing event tracking solutions.
- Developing business data dashboards for real-time visualization.
- Generating analytical reports to support executive decision-making.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analytics, with experience in blockchain data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau) to build business data dashboards.
- Understanding of DEX mechanisms, including AMMs (e.g., Uniswap, Curve) and order book models.
- Excellent problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and communication skills.
- Passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of market trends.
