Job Description
OKX is seeking a Data Analytics Product Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to evaluate business performance, build user profiles, optimize product experience, and enhance data utilization efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with blockchain engineers, data warehouse developers, product operations, and business product managers to drive data-informed decisions and optimizations.

The Data Analytics Product Manager's responsibilities include:
  • Defining and executing the data analytics roadmap.
  • Using data analytics to evaluate business performance and create user profiles.
  • Designing and implementing event tracking solutions.
  • Developing business data dashboards for real-time visualization.
  • Generating analytical reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
Candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analytics, with experience in blockchain data analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau) to build business data dashboards.
  • Understanding of DEX mechanisms, including AMMs (e.g., Uniswap, Curve) and order book models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of market trends.
