OKX is seeking a Product Manager, User Growth to drive expansion in the global market by leveraging KOL ecosystems and diverse strategies. The role involves designing and implementing user growth strategies to enhance conversion efficiency and boost core metrics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute growth initiatives, analyze key stages of the growth process, and monitor trends in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, data analysis, marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of product management experience, with a background in user growth preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL, Excel, or similar tools.
• Keen product design sense, capable of translating needs into intuitive, effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English abilities.
• Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency.
