OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager (GenAI Producer) to lead client partnerships for premium beauty and FMCG brands in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role focuses on driving AI-powered creative solutions and requires someone with deep beauty sector knowledge and an understanding of emerging AI technologies.

Role Involves:

  • Leading client relationships at a senior level for beauty and wellness brands.
  • Driving AI innovation and adoption within client projects.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client business objectives and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Championing creative excellence and AI integration.
  • Overseeing multi-channel campaign delivery and guiding clients through AI implementation.
  • Guiding an integrated team delivery and fostering collaboration between disciplines.
  • Ensuring project profitability and monitoring resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of account management experience.
  • Strong experience in the beauty/FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of client growth.
  • Experience with digital transformation and understanding of AI capabilities.
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week
  • Experience with global brands.
  • Strong presentation skills and change management capability.
  • Digital platform expertise and AI technology understanding.
  • Performance marketing knowledge and creative production experience.
