OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Art Director to join their team in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and have experience working with beauty brands, creating ideas, strategies, creative concepts and content using Automation and Gen AI.

The GenAI Art Director will collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions using emerging technology, focusing on asset creation and process implementation. They will work with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver marketing materials, utilizing the organization's Generative AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with global teams on delivering solutions using emerging technology.
  • Communicating and collaborating with Clients, Account Management, and Production teams.
  • Focusing on asset creation and process implementation.
  • Versioning, adapting and localizing assets for regional markets.
  • Ensuring the creative integrity and vision of productions.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a multimedia designer.
  • A strong understanding of Generative AI.
  • Experience working with beauty brands.
  • Strong foundation in design principles and visual communication.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude.
  • Effective communication skills in client-facing environments.
  • Multi-market experience.
