Job Description

vhsys is seeking a Legal Analyst to join their team. This role involves providing internal legal support, interacting with various departments, and contributing to the company's mission of empowering entrepreneurs. The Legal Analyst will be responsible for supporting the activities of the various areas of vhsys, having the opportunity to work with several areas of law, including corporate and compliance, customer rights, labor and contractual.

Role Involves:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Advising on intellectual property matters.
• Supporting corporate matters such as company incorporations.
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs.
• Managing litigation and interacting with external lawyers.
• Conducting legal research.
• Providing legal advice to various departments.
• Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations.
• Ensuring document compliance with regulatory guidelines, especially LGPD.

Requirements:

• Law degree with OAB registration.
• Experience with Corporate Law in companies or internal legal departments.
• Excellent analytical and legal interpretation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of electronic process platforms (e-SAJ, e-proc, and projudi).
• Knowledge of Office / Google platforms (spreadsheets, presentations, text).
