QA Engineer at Constructor Group

Constructor is seeking a QA Engineer to join their team in Serbia. The QA Engineer will be responsible for test automation within Constructor Tech, working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves planning, designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting throughout the Testing Development Life Cycle. The Test Engineer will collaborate closely with the Constructor Tech QA Team, management, and application teams to meet program delivery needs.

Role involves:

• Actively participating in release and QA activities planning.
• Mentoring and guiding QA team members.
• Designing, developing, maintaining, and improving test cases and test plans based on requirements.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests.
• Executing automated and manual tests.
• Reporting test results and defects.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting software issues.
• Applying Black/White/Gray Box QA techniques.

Requirements:

• Appropriate IT-related degree or relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Very good understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes.
• Ability to create processes and lead testing initiatives.
• Perfect understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful.
• Fluent in English.
