Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Australia. This is a remote-based position with travel to sites for monitoring visits. The ideal candidate will be calm, thoughtful, and responsive, with an impeccable eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential study risks. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
  • Ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study.
  • Interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Life science degree and / or equivalent experience
  • CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Oncology (minimum of 1 year)
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, as required.
