E2open is seeking a Strategic Account Director to manage and grow relationships with 2-4 key clients internationally. The role focuses on retention and growth by identifying opportunities to expand the use of E2open's supply chain platform.

The Strategic Account Director will collaborate with consultants to deliver value to clients, positioning high-value supply chain solutions. They will be measured against growth in recurring SaaS revenue, cross-selling, and up-selling across E2open's solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Exploring growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Positioning high-value supply chain solutions.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
  • Engaging consulting partners to drive value.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience selling complex business solutions.
  • Supply chain experience.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
