Product Management, Enterprise Applications - Director (NY)

Job Description

KBRA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the success of its internal enterprise SaaS applications. This role involves strategic and tactical responsibilities to optimize and enhance the company's ecosystem of enterprise tools. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and users to deliver seamless and efficient experiences aligned with company goals. This position is based in KBRA's New York City office.Role involves:

• Serving as the Product Owner for internal enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
• Gathering requirements and prioritizing backlogs.
• Partnering with engineering and external implementation consultants.
• Driving user engagement and adoption.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the internal enterprise ecosystem.
• Facilitating strategic discussions and workshops.
• Monitoring product performance and gathering user feedback.
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Managing implementation consultants/vendors relationships.
• Performing ongoing market research.
• Leading successful execution of programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise processes.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Expertise in enterprise SaaS business applications.
• Experience collaborating with external implementation consultants or vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong outcome-oriented focus.
