About the Role:
Tubi is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join the Product Operations team and help the company achieve its vision of ensuring every user experience works well. We need influencers who can effectively communicate an end-to-end narrative using both qualitative and quantitative information. As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will leverage data analysis and multiple sources of user feedback to investigate issues, identify themes, prioritize issues, communicate key takeaways, and provide recommendations to cross-functional teams.
This role will be hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in the health, quality, and expected behaviors of Tubi products Investigate changes in product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with relevant stakeholders to determine root causes and prioritize and resolve issues Conduct and communicate compelling, data-driven analyses across multiple signal sources to identify aggregated trends, opportunity areas, and recommendations that drive awareness, issue resolution, and product direction Identify processes for intaking and triaging user issues across multiple channels; reproduce issues and gather relevant details to make it easier for engineering to resolve them; follow up with engineering to make sure issues are resolved and close the loop on issue resolution to relevant stakeholders Determine the impact of issues on KPIs and user experience, and communicate the impact of product changes to internal stakeholders Build strategic relationships and manage communication and priority alignment across multiple cross-functional teams Make it easier for Tubi’s product organization to build products people love by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and a quality-focused cultureYour Background:
4+ years of experience in tech, consulting, or operations Excellent execution and organization skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and conflicting demands Experience analyzing big data to draw actionable insights, using that data to tell a story and influence teams; intermediate SQL and Excel experience Problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous issues into component parts to drive actionable recommendations Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence to get things done You are naturally curious and often find yourself asking, “Why?” Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to use data to craft a compelling story and justification for a proposed action Embodies Tubi values of: Grow Yourself, Team First, Own It, Act with Integrity, Deliver Delight Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree or extensive experience in a product-building environment, track record of leadership, and experience working autonomouslyPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
