Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise - LATAM, to build relationships and drive long-term value realization for its customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring enterprise customers achieve their product goals. This role involves partnering with product executives to understand their business challenges and working with innovative digital-first brands.Amplitude is the leading digital analytics platform. With over 3,800 customers, including Atlassian, NBCUniversal and Shopify.Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Executives to build growth strategies.
  • Identify and develop relationships with client executives.
  • Plan and deliver value-based business reviews.
  • Monitor account health and develop customized success plans.
  • Project-manage the customer journey.
  • Partner with the Professional Services team.
  • Leverage Amplitude product expertise to derive valuable insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years prior experience in a Customer Success / Product Management / Marketing Agency role.
  • 2+ years working with large enterprise SaaS customers.
  • Experience using analytics platforms to drive decision making.
  • Proven ability to program-manage software adoption within sophisticated Enterprise organizations.
  • A customer-focused mentality.
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen.
