About the Senior Product Manager at Headspace

Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Platforms, the Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the vision and roadmap for our care experience, and refining our coaching services, which is a key part of how we provide care. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, driving advancements that contribute to our overarching mission.
What you will do:
Communicate and Champion the Product Vision: work with cross-functional stakeholders to clearly define and advocate for a compelling product vision that transforms our coaching experience. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance care delivery, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and revenue performance. Lead Cross-functional Teams: Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, care leaders, and designers. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and post-launch iteration—ensuring that each phase meets high standards of quality, operational effectiveness, and revenue impact. Strategic Collaboration: Actively participate in quarterly roadmap and business planning, collaborating with key stakeholders across engineering, clinical, finance, and operations. Ensure that all product initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, balancing user needs with operational constraints and revenue opportunities. Ensure High Quality, Reliability, and Effectiveness: Develop robust product capabilities that prioritize user safety, clinical effectiveness, and operational reliability while complying with data privacy regulations. Implement measurement frameworks to monitor key performance indicators—including operational efficiencies and financial outcomes—and iterate on the product to continuously enhance its impact.What you will bring:
Strategic Product Leadership: Have at least 5 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in human-provided digital health care. Demonstrated ability to identify and create innovative, user-centric solutions—with a proven track record of managing end-to-end product launches that drive operational efficiencies and deliver measurable revenue impact. Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for articulating vision, plans, and priorities effectively in a remote environment, as well as the ability to lead groups remotely. Stakeholder Management Excellence: Exhibit strong capabilities in empathetic listening, making strategic trade-offs, defining roadmaps, and rallying stakeholders behind your plans to achieve business goals even with limited resources. Collaborative Caregiver Partnership: Have experience working closely with care team leaders and colleagues with specialized clinical and operational expertise, ensuring that product initiatives are well-integrated with overall care delivery. Organization Navigation: Possess a history of uniting multiple teams across complex organizations, adeptly identifying dependencies and negotiating trade-offs to execute projects that align with both operational requirements and revenue objectives. Product Management Foundations: Excel in fundamental product management skills including prioritization, project management, influencing without authority, and data-driven decision making. Data Analytics Expertise: Bring deep experience in leveraging analytics tools and methodologies to interpret engagement, retention, and revenue performance data. Use these insights to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize product outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.Results Focus: Demonstrate a consistent track record of releasing products that deliver measurable, positive impact on end users while driving key operational and financial metrics.
Pay & Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000.
