Job Summary: 

The Director of Sales is a dynamic, hands-on leader with a proven track record, ideally in guiding SaaS sales teams and expanding business within enterprise organizations. This role calls for a strategic executor, capable of leading a team of Inside Sellers and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Accelerate deal velocity, drive results, and eliminate obstacles. Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, particularly Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. Mentor, nurture, and manage the performance of the Digital Signage Sales team. Oversee day-to-day sales activities with a focus on meeting crucial sales metrics. Refine prospecting, qualification, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing procedures. Contribute to defining and developing the company's sales strategy and territory planning. Function as a strategic partner to the SVP of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer to expedite growth strategy, work with premium clients, and boost sales. Establish clear objectives for the team and implement key metrics to gauge performance. Serve as a pivotal resource for special projects and regularly contribute to the design and implementation of customer value programs and product launches. Forecast bookings for your team using sales process stages, inspections, and professional judgment. Foster and maintain enduring, robust relationships with customers, partnering with them to better comprehend their business objectives and needs. Stay abreast of industry-specific trends and landscapes. Report on forces influencing strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Participate in quarterly business reviews with direct reports and the Customer Success organization. Ensure pricing integrity is upheld within assigned Sales accounts and aligns with corporate strategies.

Education & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in successful sales leadership roles, specifically dealing with pan-European enterprise customers. Bachelor’s degree or equal work experience Experience in Digital Signage is highly preferred, but other Saas product experience will also be considered Demonstrated capability in managing the sales process from initiation to conclusion. Familiarity with sales technology utilized in SaaS sales environments. Hands-on experience in operational leadership of sales development teams (both inbound and outbound) and quota-carrying sales personnel. Experience in forecasting and territory planning. Analytical abilities paired with excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent English). Eagerness and capacity to learn quickly and efficiently. Agility and readiness to pivot swiftly when necessary.

 

Leadership Responsibilities

Proven track record in managing remote, inside sales and enterprise sales teams. Operational knowledge of various Windows-based application programs, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and current Internet technologies. Experience in managing pipelines, territories, forecasting, and processes. Expert knowledge of the US SaaS market. Expertise in the Internal Communications market. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional presentation capabilities.

 

 Compensation:

Annual base salary gross: $150,000.00- $175,000.00 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
