Bilingual Investment Services Representative: French/English at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Bilingual Investment Services Representative to join their team in Montréal, Canada. The representative will be responsible for resolving routine and complex client service issues, utilizing sound judgment and emphasizing courtesy. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The role involves:

• Problem management for wide-scale service issues.
• Assistance with trading platform operation and features.
• Analysis and testing of existing systems and procedures.
• Margin calculations, commission structure, interest and fees.
• Collaboration with other local and international teams.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or advanced degree is required.
• Minimum two years experience at a global financial institution (new graduates who demonstrate a firm grasp of the core competencies will also be considered.)
• Working knowledge of various exchange operations and regulations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and French.
• Strong product knowledge – Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Future, FX, and Fixed income
