The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing team and help us build one of the best, most innovative banks in the world. 

Your role will be to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing collective. Your work will be mainly spread across 3 areas: running strategic projects, owning key rituals within the collective and overseeing the functioning of our Creative Studio.

Key Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with the marketing operations team to identify improvements in ways of working and lead sprint projects to improve these where necessary.  Identify and engage with key stakeholders across departments to form project teams.  Facilitate discussions and workshops to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project goals and objectives. Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with other members of the project team, detailing the tasks, timelines, and resources needed to support the project.  Keep accurate and up-to-date project trackers to monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as necessary. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges that may impede project progress.  Communicate project updates and developments across the organization. Provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders at all levels to keep them informed and engaged. Own weekly meetings and processes that support the running of the marketing collective. Manage the intake of briefs to the Creative Studio from across the company.   Match the Creative Studio talent to the incoming briefs based on timelines and skillset. Implement workflow improvements to drive efficiencies within the Creative Studio.

You thrive on juggling multiple workstreams and balancing priorities effectively. You’re great at prioritisation - figuring out what needs to be done and when. You love working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment You know how to manage briefs, set up systems, and streamline workflows

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages: 

Recruiter Call (15 minutes) Initial Call (30 minutes) x2 final interviews via Google Meet (45 minutes each)

Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
