The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing carrier relationships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams.Role involves:
- Building strong relationships with carrier partners.
- Developing strategies for mutual growth.
- Partnering with Product and Data teams to drive innovation.
- Implementing sales strategies for insurance carrier partnerships.
- Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Expanding client relationships and cross-selling solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and sales volume.
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned carriers.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and growth areas.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in selling tailored digital partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing new partnerships.
- Competitive and results-driven attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data analytical tools.
- Experience in the insurance industry or at an insurtech company is preferred.
