Job Description
Lucid Group is seeking a Part Advisor to facilitate parts operations in their center in Riyadh. He will achieve targets in customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity, adhering to company values and procedures. This role involves managing parts operations, ensuring customer needs are met, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and determine their needs.
  • Match customers’ needs with appropriate parts/services.
  • Monitor inventory and determine reordering needs.
  • Track parts and monitor lost sales.
  • Order special parts and manage warranty parts.
  • Use PC skills and DMS/CRM software.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in service area
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
