PhonePe is seeking a dynamic and passionate Malayalam language specialist to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves creating customer-centric localized content to enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that PhonePe delivers a transparent and trusted regional experience to its end-users.Responsibilities include:

• Localizing English text into simple, customer-centric Malayalam content.
• Proofreading localized Malayalam content for accuracy and customer-centricity.
• Completing tasks within agreed timelines with a focus on high-quality content.
• Communicating openly with stakeholders regarding task updates and progress.

Requirements include:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with the culture, media, and language of the target audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Content Management Systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
