Belong Health is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the Growth team's business development efforts. The manager will focus on identifying and advancing partnership opportunities with payer and provider organizations. The role involves managing the sales cycle, creating presentations, and collaborating cross-functionally to enable coordinated partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Qualifying and prioritizing leads based on alignment with Belong Health's solutions.
  • Supporting the sales cycle, including outreach and negotiation.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Belong Health's solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Representing Belong Health at industry events and engaging with professional organizations.
  • Assisting in the creation of sales collateral and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience in solution-based selling or consulting within payer or provider organizations.
  • Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
