Carrot Fertility is seeking a Pregnancy & Menopause Clinical Specialist in Canada. This remote role will leverage medical and clinical expertise to enhance Carrot's menopause and pregnancy programs. The Clinical Specialist will review clinical research, understand country-specific practices, and support program development to align with local regulatory standards and cultural considerations.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines.
- Identifying and addressing unique regional challenges in reproductive health and menopause.
- Adapting existing programs to local medical practices and member needs.
- Offering clinical and scientific guidance to Carrot’s Clinical Team and other departments.
- Conducting literature reviews and summarizing research.
- Participating in virtual discussions with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Licensed by the relevant provincial medical regulatory authority in Canada.
- Medical Degree specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice in reproductive health, with expertise in menopause and pregnancy care.
- Experience as a Supervising or Lead physician in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Knowledge of diseases, conditions, and treatments impacting reproductive health, pregnancy, and menopause.
- Proficient in conducting research and generating professional summaries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable online resources.
