ArtBot, a part of Critical Mass, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist. This role is not an engineering or QA position but focuses on ensuring assets are delivered without errors through close collaboration with Producers, Design Supervisors, Production Designers, Studio Artists, and Technical artists.
The Quality Control Specialist will work closely with content creation studios to maintain high standards of quality control from project creation to archival. They will apply their skills to various production outputs, from video executions to mobile applications, HTML banners, and digital products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring production compliance to standards and guidelines.
- Checking copy alignment, spelling, technical specifications, and technical errors.
- Managing QC requirements and risk analysis, improving workflow.
- Organizing, tracking, and ensuring the quality of final files.
- Executing planning, scoping, and estimation of QC efforts.
- Assisting with data ingest and file organization on the Wander server.
Requirements Include:
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of video and audio editing software (Davinci Resolve & Premiere).
- Broad knowledge of Adobe Suite software (Photoshop & After Effects).
- Understanding of video delivery specs and exporting standards.
- Strong organizational skills with video file sharing experience.
- Data ingest and management experience.
- Strong sense of catalog organization and file naming conventions.
- Keen eye for design principles and attention to detail.
