Critical Mass is seeking a Front-End Developer to contribute to web application development. The Front-End Developer will handle front-end tasks, provide support for web applications, and work independently on basic tasks, taking ownership of design and programming. For complex projects, the developer will use available designs and seek guidance from senior team members. They will provide progress updates to senior staff and task estimates.

The Front-End Developer will collaborate with creative, business, technology, and QA teams to ensure punctual and high-quality web development. He will translate graphical designs and wireframes into styled markup code, implement technical solutions aligned with best practices, and debug web application issues. The developer must maintain concise documentation.

Role involves:

  • Implementing data exchange between application layers via AJAX.
  • Translating graphical designs into fully styled markup code.
  • Implementing technical solutions following best practices.
  • Debugging issues in existing web applications.
  • Email development tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Front-End technologies.
  • English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation).
  • Knowledge of Cross-browser and Responsive development.
  • Working experience with email development.
  • Proficiency using Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of recent development practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools.
  • Fluency in at least one JavaScript library and/or framework.
  • Experience integrating with backend APIs and services.
  • Knowledge in accessibility and SEO best practices.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
