Job Description
Auctane is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to increase sales and adoption of ShipEngine API solutions. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and signing up enterprise-level corporate accounts. The Account Executive will collaborate with the Solutions Architect, Implementation Project Manager, and Customer Success Manager.
- Achieving sales goals to increase ShipEngine Users, usage, shipments volume, and revenue.
- Building a pipeline of prospects through email and cold calling.
- Conducting on-site visits with qualified prospects.
- Managing relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers.
- Creating a sales strategy for named and targeted accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a customer-facing outbound sales role.
- 3+ years SaaS software sales experience.
- 2+ years e-commerce experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, shipping, and/or B2B SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce.com CRM, and prospecting tools.
