Job Description
Auctane is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to increase sales and adoption of ShipEngine API solutions. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and signing up enterprise-level corporate accounts. The Account Executive will collaborate with the Solutions Architect, Implementation Project Manager, and Customer Success Manager.
  • Achieving sales goals to increase ShipEngine Users, usage, shipments volume, and revenue.
  • Building a pipeline of prospects through email and cold calling.
  • Conducting on-site visits with qualified prospects.
  • Managing relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers.
  • Creating a sales strategy for named and targeted accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing outbound sales role.
  • 3+ years SaaS software sales experience.
  • 2+ years e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, shipping, and/or B2B SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce.com CRM, and prospecting tools.
