Senior Solutions Engineer EMEA

Solo.io is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in EMEA. This role involves collaborating with Sales Executives to provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, helping them align their technical challenges with desired outcomes. The Senior Solutions Engineer will deliver product presentations, demos, and workshops, as well as plan and execute proof of concepts to validate Solo.io solutions. They will also act as a trusted advisor to customers, sales teams, and product teams, and evangelize Solo.io products through speaking engagements and content creation. This role may require occasional travel.
Role involves:

• Understanding customer's technical challenges and helping them achieve desired outcomes.
• Leading discovery calls with the sales team.
• Delivering product presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Planning and executing proof of concepts.
• Guiding customers through architectural challenges.
• Acting as a trusted advisor.
• Evangelizing Solo.io products.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting a technical sales process.
• Experience building automation using GitOps.
