Digibee is seeking an Administrative Assistant - PCD to support administrative tasks, office management, and assist People, Finance, and IT departments. This role is exclusive to Persons with Disabilities.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office organization, coordinating with building management and maintenance services, and procuring office supplies. They will also provide support to People, Finance, and IT teams in operational routines.Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for the Digibee office.
  • Maintaining the organization of the work environment.
  • Managing relationships with the building, parking, and room rental services.
  • Coordinating with office maintenance, cleaning, and air conditioning companies.
  • Conducting quotations and purchasing materials and supplies for the office.
  • Supporting the People, Finance, and IT areas in operational routines.
  • Being proactive and interested in the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Google Workspace.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience working in Administrative Areas.
