Endpoint Engineering Administrator - Associate at iCapital

iCapital is seeking an Endpoint Engineering Administrator to join their Endpoint Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows, Android, and iOS endpoints within a corporate environment. The candidate will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support endpoint management policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Ensure comprehensive device lifecycle management.
• Enforce endpoint security policies and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint-related issues.
• Integrate endpoint management solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end-users.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation.
• Generate and present reports on endpoint performance, security, and compliance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL) are a plus.
