Napoleon Sports & Casino is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Aalst, Belgium. This role involves maximizing the value of the customer database, creating communication strategies, and building relationships with key customers.

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in providing personalized gaming experiences and acting as the Key Account Champion. They will collaborate with the Responsible Gaming department and work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position requires excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, an analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.

• Monitoring and analyzing the database daily.

Requirements for this position include:

• Previous industry experience.
• Proven track record in a sales role in a B2C environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or experience with data tools like Tableau.
