Acryl Data is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and own the entire technical recruiting function from the ground up. The Senior Technical Recruiter will establish and execute the company's hiring strategy while building scalable processes that will support rapid growth. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles across all levels, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with growth objectives.
- Build and own the entire recruiting infrastructure from scratch.
- Establish comprehensive recruiting analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with top engineering talent.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes.
- Manage complex hiring pipelines while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Mentor and collaborate with recruiting coordinators.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Work directly with candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews.
Requirements: - 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience scaling engineering teams at early-stage startups.
- Deep understanding of current engineering hiring trends and compensation frameworks.
- Extensive experience recruiting across the engineering spectrum.
- Strong track record of building and implementing scalable recruiting practices.
- Experience working collaboratively with recruiting coordinators.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
