Logistics Coordinator - High Touch - Mexico

Fictiv is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations from manufacturing partners in Mexico to customers. The role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate reports. The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Regional Logistics Lead.

Role involves:

• Quoting freight costs with different carriers.
• Ensuring proper packaging and labeling according to customer requirements.
• Gathering necessary documents for customs clearance.
• Scheduling pickups and providing tracking updates.
• Maintaining accurate shipment reports.
• Identifying areas of improvement in logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in logistics operations.
• Understanding of US import and customs practices.
• Understanding of export practices from Mexico.
• Excellent understanding of logistics processes and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Able to work on-site in the office Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
