Cabify is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their Marketing team. This role involves defining and implementing the CRM strategy to meet business objectives. The CRM Specialist will report to the Brand Manager and collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and presenting CRM strategies.
- Analyzing results of CRM strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Planning, executing, and delivering CRM campaigns and projects.
- Coordinating with internal teams for campaign production.
- Identifying improvements in analytical and technological processes.
- Evaluating campaigns to achieve business metrics.
Requirements:
- Professional in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in CRM tools (ideally Braze).
- Analytical and data interpretation skills (knowledge of Tableau).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Tech background (desirable).
