Responsibilities:

  • Managing components of the talent's career portfolio.
  • Managing a talent pool, tracking contract dates.
  • Running weekly search meetings with hiring managers.
  • Tracking and approving timecards and PTO.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Continuously looking for process improvements.
  • Developing and managing performance plans and systems.
  • Partnering with Account Leads to share insights on talent growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in people management.
  • Familiarity with project management tooling.
  • Familiarity with office and calendar apps.
