Lightspeed is seeking a customer-oriented Onboarding Specialist to provide service and technical support for its Point-of-Sale products in Berlin. This role involves overseeing the successful implementation of the Lightspeed K-Series POS system for SME clients, bridging technology and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure software solutions using automation tools.
  • Manage ChurnZero queues to optimize processes.
  • Develop automated workflows within ChurnZero.
  • Develop implementation plans for the POS system and digital workflows.
  • Communicate with customers during the implementation phase.
  • Provide technical expertise in POS technology.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of POS system implementations.
  • Create and maintain status reports and implementation documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hotel industry (restaurants, hotels, etc.).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
