Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Operations Coordinator to join their Employer of Record (EOR) Operations team. This role focuses on contracts management and providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Lifecycle Operations team on HR administrative tasks, including basic projects and tasks to provide administrative support to other global specialists.

The candidate should have fluency in English and one of the following languages: Polish, Dutch, or German, and work experience in HR administration or people operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Lifecycle Operations team on HR administrative tasks
  • Assisting the Lifecycle Operations team in invoicing and billing activities.
  • Supporting Lifecycle-related administration tasks including Employment verifications
  • Managing the shipping and delivery of physical documents and letters, and/or other general administrative tasks.
  • Implementing directives and processes aimed at improving the employee experience.
  • Manage and organize employee data, ensuring information is current, secure and confidentiality is maintained.
  • Supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Helping execute automation opportunities under the guidance of Lifecycle Managers.
  • Handling a small selection of HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Written and oral fluency in English and in one of the following languages - Polish, Dutch or German.
  • Work experience in a general HR administration, or people operations function.
  • Some experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and comfortable working independently.
