Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative - ANZ to join their Sales team. This role focuses on helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.Remote is a company that solves global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. They handle global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance, enabling businesses to employ a global team.
Role involves: - Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions.
Requirements: - Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Fluent English.
