Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team, supporting the ANZ region. Remote is a global company that enables businesses to employ anyone, anywhere, compliantly, by handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance.
The Outbound Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding Remote's reach within the ANZ market.
What this role involves: - Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
Requirements: - Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus is a plus).
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Fluent English.
