Remote is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join its Sales team. This role is crucial in expanding Remote's reach within the DACH region, focusing on Contractor Management solutions.Remote is dedicated to solving the challenges faced by global remote organizations by enabling compliant employment solutions worldwide. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.


Requirements:
  • Proven business development success using sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo a plus).
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Fluency in English and German.
