TransferGo is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead its organic growth initiatives. The company is a fintech scale-up focused on providing affordable financial services for migrants. The CGO will redefine TransferGo’s growth strategy by focusing on organic, product-led growth and shifting the company away from expensive paid acquisition channels. This role involves spearheading SEO-driven user acquisition, content marketing, lifecycle engagement, and customer retention initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing an organic growth strategy.
- Reducing reliance on paid acquisition.
- Implementing churn management and customer retention programs.
- Optimising SEO, content marketing, and inbound acquisition channels.
- Designing and overseeing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Developing growth loops and referral incentives.
- Using AI-driven personalisation and predictive analytics.
- Building a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
- Expanding B2B and SME adoption through strategic partnerships.
- Owning go-to-market strategies for new products and international expansion.
- Defining and tracking key growth metrics.
- Aligning growth initiatives with financial and revenue expansion goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and retention-focused strategies.
- Proven track record in reducing churn and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in organic acquisition, SEO, content strategy, and viral marketing mechanics.
- Strong understanding of growth hacking techniques and product-led growth strategies.
- Experience leading and scaling data-driven growth teams.
- Skilled in attribution modeling and AI-driven marketing automation.
- Deep familiarity with cross-border payments and the fintech ecosystem.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in fintech marketing is a plus.
