Vonage is seeking a Junior CFIUS Project Manager to join their Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office in Wroclaw, Poland. This role supports compliance initiatives following Vonage’s acquisition by Ericsson. The Junior Project Manager will work with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with CFIUS regulations.
Role involves:
- Assisting in supporting compliance projects.
- Helping assemble and coordinate project teams.
- Tracking project progress and ensuring deliverables are on schedule.
- Supporting the management of project scopes, issues, risks, and changes.
- Taking meeting notes and maintaining project documentation.
- Communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.
- Assisting in preparing for audits and external reviews.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or related fields.
