Vonage is seeking a Change Manager to join their Data Governance Office in Wroclaw, Poland. The Change Manager will play a crucial role in supporting change and communication strategies for key DGO projects, ensuring the successful adoption of data governance principles across the organization. Reporting to the Data Governance Lead, this role involves close collaboration with data teams, business stakeholders, and communication departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Develop and execute communication plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and address resistance to change.
  • Monitor and track the adoption and effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Provide change management support for key DGO projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective communication and training programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with change management methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a data governance role or supporting data-related projects.
