K Health, a telehealth company utilizing AI, is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager. The manager will lead the team in strategic automation, continuous integration and delivery, and infrastructure as code while fostering a DevOps culture. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive initiatives across different functions.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and support.
- Develop and implement advanced DevOps strategies.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate DevOps practices.
- Architect, build, and maintain deployment pipelines and automation tools.
- Oversee system and application security measures.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, implementing automated remediation.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive their adoption.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps with leadership experience.
- Experience with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes or Swarm.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (Google Cloud is an advantage).
- Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with package managers for Kubernetes tools, such as Helm.
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD, Circle CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
- Experience with database administration and management.
- Advanced Bash scripting skills.
- Proficiency in Python or Go.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Experience with microservices architecture using NGINX.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
