Senior Product Designer - Design Systems

Easygo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Creative team and focus on Design Systems. The designer will play a critical role in shaping the design language and infrastructure that powers web and mobile applications of Easygo's clients, ensuring consistency, scalability, and user experience across platforms. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of design and engineering to establish and maintain a robust system that enhances efficiency, accessibility, and usability. As a senior team member, they will drive strategic initiatives, mentor designers, and champion design system adoption across the organization.

This role involves hands-on design expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

What this role involves:

• Creating, maintaining, and evolving a comprehensive Design System.
• Ensuring consistency across digital products.
• Developing documentation to support implementation.
• Mentoring designers and championing design system thinking.
• Collaborating with engineering teams.
• Advocating for accessibility and inclusivity.
• Auditing and enhancing existing design systems.
• Staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UI design, or design systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong technical understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Proven leadership in driving design system adoption.
• Experience implementing and governing design systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Interaction Design, or relevant work experience is a bonus.
