Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Associate in Fraud Risk to join their team in Budapest. This role involves handling user complaints related to risk control, including account theft and fraud, and efficiently resolving security issues for users and the platform. The Senior Associate will coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex account issues, review unfreeze requests, and ensure the accuracy of account restriction removal operations.

OKX is looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer complaint handling, risk management, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong analytical and coordination skills, and be proficient in English.
