Senior Associate, Fraud Risk at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Associate in Fraud Risk to join their team in Budapest. This role involves handling user complaints related to risk control, including account theft and fraud, and efficiently resolving security issues for users and the platform. The Senior Associate will coordinate with internal departments and ensure the accuracy of account restriction removal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handling user complaints related to risk control.
• Resolving security issues for users via phone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex account issues.
• Reviewing unfreeze or unbinding requests.
• Ensuring the accuracy of account restriction removal operations.
• Prioritizing user and platform security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in the financial or internet industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer complaint handling, risk management, or related fields.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Proficient in English writing, reading, and communication.
