Specialist, Learning & Development (Fraud Risk) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to focus on Fraud Risk. This role requires someone to conduct engaging training sessions and collaborate with various stakeholders to design effective training programs. The Specialist will also analyze performance gaps, measure training effectiveness, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting training sessions on business workflows and compliance.
• Coordinating training logistics, including scheduling and venue setup.
• Collaborating with subject-matter experts to design training curricula and aids.
• Analyzing performance gaps and conducting surveys to identify training priorities.
• Measuring training effectiveness.
• Partnering with HR and external vendors to align training with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training delivery or instructional design.
• Experience in the FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Certification in training and experience with competency-based training or adult learning theory are all preferred.
