OKX is seeking a Learning & Development and Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Budapest. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs and materials for employees, as well as carrying out routine quality control tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design training programs, manage the delivery of training programs, and conduct audits of cases performed by operations teams.
What this role involves:
Developing and maintaining training content and quality nuances for global business services teams.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for training-need-analysis.
Serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on training progress reports and interventions.
Introducing and presenting training and development programs using various formats.
Conducting daily audits based on quality assurance parameters.
Closing training and knowledge gaps with internal teams and stakeholders through calibration.
Initiating and leading continuous process improvement by analyzing performance reports.
Assisting the QA manager on assignments or projects to improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Training and Quality Assurance, preferably in Customer Service or Fraud Risk Operations.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
