Team Leader, Fraud Risk at OKX

OKX is seeking a Team Leader for Fraud Risk in Budapest. This role involves managing a risk control complaint handling team, handling complex user complaints, and optimizing risk control processes. The Team Leader will collaborate with various departments to resolve complex issues and ensure user and platform security.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the risk control complaint handling team.
• Handling high-complexity user risk control complaints.
• Optimizing the risk control complaint handling process.
• Collaborating with technical, customer service, and legal teams.
• Analyzing key metrics and reporting progress to senior management.
• Ensuring adherence to risk control policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, finance, management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in risk control, customer service, or related fields, including 1 year of team management.
• Familiarity with risk control systems, account management processes, and permission management mechanisms.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills.
• High level of risk awareness and responsibility.
• Proficiency in English is preferred
