Senior Product Manager, User Growth at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for User Growth to drive natural product growth through innovative features. The role involves boosting user conversion, retention, and reactivation, leveraging the product as a catalyst for viral growth. The Senior Product Manager will ensure the platform attracts new users and deepens engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies using product features.
• Design and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
• Drive the end-to-end growth process in the European and American markets.
• Foster a culture of experimentation through A/B tests and scaling successful initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of growth hacking or growth marketing experience.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling products from 0 to 1 in European and American markets.
• Expertise in data analysis and experimentation.
• Exceptional leadership skills and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
